Who we are

Anna and Levis

Abloom Creates started in a small town in Ontario, Canada. After working the frontlines of the Covid-19 pandemic, I found myself on a medical leave and eventually on the Ontario Disability Support Program from my multiple autoimmune conditions and disabilities. To pass time, I began to dive into my multiple hobbies. After filling up all the extra space I had in the house, I decided I should share my creations with the rest of you! Being neurodivergent and chronically ill comes with its own struggles but opening a small business has provided me with the ability to set my own hours and work within my own means while also making my own income since ODSP doesn’t cover my medical expenses and I can’t gain employment with my disabilities.

Our name, Abloom Creates, stems from the idea of blooming into a new being and creating something beautiful out of it! That is what we hope to provide in each of our products. With every creation, we strive to ignite your imagination and invigorate your senses, so that you can wear, display, and cherish a piece of art that truly speaks to you.

Each purchase goes towards funding my medical treatments that aren’t covered by OHIP+ and providing the necessary means for my service dog Levis who detects low blood sugars due to hypoglycemia unawareness.
